The project GeointernInternational was carried out in the period 2023 - 2026 with the aim of developing and testing a reciprocal model for international
internships. Its purpose was to give geoscience students experience of academic and professional work in other countries and cultures, while strengthening collaboration between Norwegian geoscience departments and international partner institutions. This report presents the evaluation of the project, focusing on the participants´ experience with international internship.
