Jan Erik Frantsvåg, UiT The Arctic University of Norway

Economist with a relatively recent Master in Documentation Science. Banking career 1979–1992, University of Tromsø administrative career 1993–2006, working full time on Open Access at the library since 2006. OA advocate and researcher, publication fund and publication service manager.
