Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The References list includes DOI-numbers for those references that have them.
  • Any IP issues regarding third-party material have been cleared prior to submission.
  • Informative (non-decorative) images must have Alt text.

Author Guidelines

The material published in Septentrio Conference Series must be web accessible. Please run Accessibility Check on the files you submit.

The technical process of submission is described in this user manual for the software Open Journal Systems. In addition, conferences that publish their material in Septentrio Conference Series may have specific quidelines for abstracts and files on their websites.
