Review process

Eludamos publishes original research only. Your research submission must not be published or considered for publication elsewhere.

All submissions are screened for possible plagiarism. Eludamos does not use large language models or other generative technologies when assessing incoming manuscripts.

If the editorial board deems the article relevant for the journal, and it follows the appropriate formatting and style, we will send the manuscript to be assessed by at least two independent experts in a double-blind peer review process. We ask our peer-reviewers to follow COPE's Ethical Guidelines for Reviewers accessible via the COPE website. We aim at a speedy and reliable processing of each submitted manuscript and aim to have all manuscript submissions go through the initial peer review within three months.

To enable a proper double-blind peer-review process, please do only publish pre-print versions of your manuscripts after the review process has been completed.

Final decisions regarding acceptance and publication of manuscripts are taken by the editors-in-chief. In case of disagreement, the editorial team will make the decision in a simple majority vote. In case of a tie the paper is rejected.
