Author Guidelines

Submission of a manuscript to this series implies that its publication is accepted by all co-authors. Do not submit a title page since this will be provided from the information given. Any acknowledgements should be included in "comments to the editor" as part of your submission.

The first page of the manuscript should include only abstract, keywords and JEL codes. The introduction should follow on the next page. Use footnotes rather than endnotes, and please insert tables, figures etc in the text.

Submissions that do not include DOIs for references will not be accepted. Go to the Simple Text Query tool to find DOIs for your references.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • You are a member of the Centre for Economic Research at UiT School of Business and Economics, or a specially invited guest author.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs footnotes rather than endnotes; and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The submission file is in PDF file format.
  • The manuscript adheres to the criteria in the Author Guidelines.
  • Where available, DOIs or URLs for the references have been provided.
